If you had watched the African Cup of Nations you would agree with that.
But generally rankings like that are completely useless. Like is that Club ranking list that Fifa (is it them?) give out regularly.

Portugal are much better than Spain! OK, mabye England should be a bit further down the ranks but Spain are not as good as Brazil, even at the moment.

yes, Spain have a talented team but fail to perform well in world cups.

Being English myself, I can safely say that we should be nowhere near 5th.
Spain, Croatia, and many other teams that were listed below us are far superior.
Who the devil wrote that? The man in the moon?

exactly. My prediction: england just manage to get through group stages but go not make it much further. This is Argentina's year I would say...

heh. I don't really know why, I just can't imagine it happening. The England team may look better on paper, but htey tend to not do very well against Sweden I expect the game will be a 1-1 draw.
