It's honestly not that bad with humidity either. Certainly better than a dry 111.

I'd prefer the dry 111. In the shade dry isn't so bad.

Living in the swamplands of the DC metro area for so long, I've gotten rather sick of the humidity. Even now I can still feel that same sticky-gooeyness I felt as a wee little child.

I have lived through summers in both Houston and Phoenix. 86 and humid >>> 111 and dry, trust me.

Coincidentally, I've also spent a number of summers in Arizona when I was a kid. :D

EDIT: for reference, it was around the Chino Valley/Prescott/I-forgot-that-third-city area, so also a pretty hot area.

There is no shade when it's 111.

I waited like 30 minutes for Star Trek Online to patch, then booted it up to find that there were a ton of new features to learn and the graphics were suddenly a pixelated mess.

Time to find something more productive to do I guess.

That is what i feel about your temperature. I just can't handle that sort of cold.
I'm not saying that -30C is fun, but it's doable in small doses as long as you're dressed properly.

It's all relative, of course. After a cold snap of -30 to -40, along comes a couple of days of -20 with no wind chill, and everybody remarks about how it's really warmed up and isn't it nice? :D

Cue Obelix tapping his head and the caption reading: "These Canadians are crazy!"
