None of my new friends and acquaintances bothered to inform me that they were all going to visit other cities and Belgium this weekend, and everything's closed today and tomorrow. So it's just me now...

Went on a walk to the Rhine to clear my mind, and ended up finding a pine marten lying dead on the side of the road. No visible injuries, just dead. Sad. I like all mustelidae.

But at least I ran into an acquaintance and he said I could join him and some others to Düsseldorf tomorrow, so I might as well go.

I had a boring weekend but tonight me and a friend of mine drove out to the mountains where you can get a Birdseye view of the city. Then we went to a Chinese bar and its the first time he had ever been to a Chinese place and had Chinese food. I could tell it was all very strange to him and we left after not too long. Then we got couple more beers and drove around but I think I embarrassed myself because it made me have to burp and I'd eaten all that garlicky food. We laughed about it but he kept calling me son of a donkey and I wonder if he was really annoyed.

Anyway, cyberxkhan, kenan imirzalıoğlu can cheer anyone up.

More than halfway through my second semester of college, I still don't feel like I'm taking courses that I actually want to do. Which sucks, because there isn't really another plan I can use without relying on finding work in a place that doesn't have much to offer. Oh, well. #firstworldproblems

My advice is to try to enjoy learning for its own sake. Although since I'm currently procrastinating on a paper for a Shakespeare class I'd rather not take but have to because I need some liberal arts credits, that doesn't mean a ton coming from me.
