It's the weekend- damn, why does it have to come every bloody week

weird really the mood in the flat just changes, and perceptively so (so much so, even I can detect it- and I have trouble detecting things like, I dunno, seasons). A shame really because contrary to my rants last weekend, I actually tolerated, nay, positively got on with the flat mates, all of them. But now the door is firmly shut and I made sure I've already had my dinner.


...And sure enough now I hear the flatmates significant others arriving again and out of everyone it's this thread I feel sorry for for the influx of rants that'll be coming this way- sorry everyone

I had part 1 of a tuberculosis test today (required for college). I'm sure I don't have tuberculosis (I'll find out for sure on monday), but I don't even like thinking about the minuscule chance I'm TUB+.

Plus they had to stick a needle in my arm, and that's never fun.

After reading one thread, I am deeply offended at the way they reference blacks, Jews, women and other types of people. I find it hard to believe sites like this [are even allowed to] exist.

I go on Stormfront once in a while just to get myself in an argumentative mood. I don't post there (how long would an Asian buddhist liberal democratic socialist last on that sort of site?) but I channel my energy somewhere else (like CFC OT).

My rant: I have too many stuff to do in the next couple of days. It's wouldn't be so bad but I got a horrible cold and a worse headache.

My desk is crap. The tiniest bit of water gets on it and it bubbles up for an inch outwards from every drop of water. It's not ruined because I left a glass of water on a coaster last night on it and it apparently didn't work because I just woke up and noticed a huge patch of bubbled up veneer.

Freedom of speech is fine, but this is inciting racial hatred. The thread I read was of Obama admitting a black man as administrator of NASA. The decision was a 'disgrace' (no reasons were given, the fact a black man has the job is a disgrace,) the entire black race were dubbed 'apes' and inferior in every fashion, black people are unable to venture into space because they are too concerned with their jungles, he doesn't have the courage, etc. This 'ape' of an astronaut has more experiance and knowledge of rocketry and space exploration than anyone of those bigots on the site, and yet they still believe he's a 'disgrace.'


Why does this happen? I'm not ashamed to admit that it does actually upset me... it makes me feel disgraced to be a white person.
