It would appear my father may get a contract from AMF for his new invention. The units he intends to sell will make him about 100-200 a piece, and they're looking into buying 500.

This is just the tip of the iceberg.

We may not win the Mega Millions but this compensates. Oddly it was right after he considered giving up on his invention and instead passing it onto me or my brother that he received a call from AMF.

I have a lot to do today, on exactly zero hours of sleep, starting with a helter-skelter courier run into and out of DC to get a letter of recommendation for an application that's due at 1700 hours my time today. Then comes the paperwork for the application, which isn't finished. Oh, and attending class.
