Tragically, the first historical reference to haggis is found in Lancashire.Cue Traitorfish to rant about how haggis is not English.![]()
haggis is good tho.If I were Scottish I'd tell everybody that haggis is an English invention, even if it wasn't true.

I don't really wear hats. I wore a red baseball cap with a dragon on it back when I was 14 for a couple months. I wore it backwards. I was very cool.
But I decided it might be a good idea to start wearing hats during the winter. I have fussy hair. I keep it short now but whenever it's longer, something like a toque is both too hot and it ruins my hair. So I figure, hey, why not a beanie hat?
I bought a beanie hat last week. It shipped yesterday from China with an ETA date of the end of October. However, there was already a bag in my mailbox yesterday with a beanie hat inside. It was not the one I bought and it is from a different brand. Not too sure what's going on. I'm hoping the one I ordered still shows up next month though.
My radiohead volume knob tops out at 46. 46. What kind of scale goes to 46?

That'll teach you to hit US cable news!I thought this rape allegation against Kavanaugh was as good a reason as any to hit US cable news:
MSNBS:
Some hideous femiderp lady clearly playing defense so as to obscure obvious partisan malevolence of certain actors dealing with the accusation. She's actually comparatively nice.
Utterly unconvincing though.
*switch*
CNN:
They don't care. At all. Because they have that hate-boner for Russia, so nevermind.
First thing i see on the screen: Jeffrey effin Toobin. *facepalm*

In this thread I will be posting one thought per day. That will be my only role in this thread. Feel free to discuss these thoughts amongst yourselves but don't expect any elaboration on these thoughts from me.
Thought of the Day: If you think having a degree means your political views are more valid or that you have better political insight than those without one, you are a threat to democracy.
Counter thought of the day, if you are educated at a university level, odds are higher that your political views and insight are more valid than if you hadn't gotten that education.Thought of the Day: If you think having a degree means your political views are more valid or that you have better political insight than those without one, you are a threat to democracy.
