Seems like they have the game finished?

Still due for an estimated November 15th release date - we haven't been alerted to the contrary as of yet.

Sooner? I've very rarely heard of a game shipping sooner. Every developer I know wishes they had a few more months no matter how polished it looked.

I wouldn't count on the 3rd since Australia always gets American games later and all the American distributers say it will be around the 15th.

Simply an estimation - American distributers say November 15th, which means that Australia should typically get it a couple of weeks later, along with the rest of the world.
