Depends on your definition of intelligence. What most intelligence tests measure can indeed be improved on by training.

Eh, you can be intelligent without being knowledgeable, and thus do extremely poorly on an IQ test despite said intelligence. For example, just because some poor guy in <insert third-world country here> never got a decent education in mathematics doesn't mean he's dumb for not knowing the answer to (6 * 7) - 5^2, even though an IQ test would indicate as much.

Now hear me out. I mistakenly thought racism by whites was almost gone in this country until I read an article on CNN today about being black in America and then reading the comments section. The comments section of that article had some of the most vile racist comments I have ever read in my life most likely written by white people. I know what you are thinking, they are trolling. But I have trouble believing people would troll an internet comment section about a serious subject. What those comments showed me, is that whites are still racist, and they are holding black men (and women) down, and they have every right to hate us.

"Right" to hate, yes. "Reason" to hate, no. Anyone can be racist. It is not restricted to whites. Plenty of blacks that hate whites. Plenty of Asians that hate blacks. Plenty of whites that hate Asians. So on and so forth.

Blacks can be as racist as anyone else. But most of the time they are accused of it it a fraud accusation by racists to discredit blacks seeking their own interests.
