I'd like to know is it possible to:

1) add new civs without removing existing ones - in other words: is it possible to create a mod with more than 31 civs?

2) making city radius expand more than once?

3) add new terrain type and new civ specifics?

Thanks for any info.

1. No, 31 civs + the barbs are the max.

2. I don't think so. (Only culture expands more than once)

3. New terrain.. mmh tricky. You can make Landmarks terrains, but you have to place them manually.

Civ specifics ? As commercial, industrious, ect ? No, but they are work around to make the civs more specifics (no Era tech, UU, ...)

correct, as it is impossible to work more then 22 (I belive it is) squares. Once your culture expands for the first time then thats the cities radius for good.
