That's all well and good, but what did you achieve today? (Part II)

I spent an hour in school... doing an awesome drawing :p (and no, it wasn't Art)

Olaf, you have finally found the true purpose of Literature classes.

I lost ten thousand dollars in an investing simulator. :mischief:

Biked 20 miles to the health food store & back.

And forgot one of the things I meant to get there.

Stopped my laptop from saying the battery wasn't charging even though everything is fine.

Do you have a macbook pro and did you flip the charger around?

It's an HP laptop with Windows Vista.

I'm back from DC!
It was definately interesting. I got to eat lunch at the White House, had to endure a bunch of happy hippies at a restaurant, some not very happy hippies from PETA, was rescued by Argentine tourists, met a very strange Australian from Melbourne (are there any other types?), explored verious Smithsonian exhibits, visisted the Archives, toured the White House and Capital, saw the Transportation secretary, Health and Human Services, and Defense Secretary.
All in all, good trip.

Kudos! And yes, there are Australians who are not from Melbourne, at least, that's what they claim…

Sure about that? I've never met an actual Australian who isn't from Melbourne. (One may have said he was from Syndey, but I can't trust him. They are all descended from criminals, you know.)

DC's built in a godforsaken marsh.
That would explain why the city generaly had the smell of a poorly cleaned public restroom.
