In Mass Effect 2, you can kill your whole party. And yourself.I'll have you know that as a dark side player you can kill over half your party in KoTor 1, there's plenty of consequence for your choices. It was KoTor 2 that was superficial.

And I acknowledged that, and agree with you (in general). Though I still hold out some hope that it'll all end up meaning something more than "altered dialog" in ME3.ME1 choices don't effect anything in the ME2 you get a handfull of emails and conrad acts like you put a gun in his face. I really can't see bioware punishing players (didn't save the Rachni Queen? threw away Krogan cure? encouraged the Quarians to go to war? wiped out the heretic Geth? Killed the council now galaxy hates humans? Collector Base destroyed? Even if you did all that I bet you come out all right) especially not self-centred paragon shepards.

), hopefully they don't just throw away the team we spent a whole game building either. If you have the Zaeed DLC - which was free - it's literally impossible for anybody to die holding the line, especially if he's loyal. I never lost anybody on the Suicide Mission, though, except when I was just playing to get the "everybody dies" ending when Joker has to bring the news back to the Illusive Man.Oh, good (getting everybody killed in ME2 is a big consequence I admit), hopefully they don't just throw away the team we spent a whole game building either.
So did anyone lose people in the final mission? I know Mordin and Tali can die even if you do all the obvious stuff right. I didn't lose anybody though.
