Why we (America) should just conquer the Lands of Canada

Bah! There's no room for any of that in international politics. If you aren't showing utter contempt for your opponents, you're doing it wrong. And the more childish your insults, the better. In fact, I'm very, very disappointed Trump didn't call Trudeau a poopyhead while sticking his tongue out at him.

Another poster was implying that NATO were lackeys of the alleged American empire when in truth the article shows a serious disregard for military readiness and an insufficient budget to support what is expected. Regardless it is nonsense that America has any desire to pick up more real estate by invading Canada or any nation as we have not held any territory gained in war since the Spanish American war. That is 1898.

In American history, the only legitimate rationale for invading Canada was Canadian support of various Native American tribes by arming them with the firearms of the day and gunpowder and even paying for the scalps of settlers.

The Hudson Bay company might have wanted to annex part of Canada due to the fur trade.

Well, the point is that since the USSR stopped being the USSR, they don't actually expect to get invaded. NATO has some 20 times the economic power of Russia. That goes a long ways towards supporting a war effort. So why prepare too hard for something your enemy can't do?

This isn't a joke, this is harming the relationship between our two countries. It will probably take years if not decades to undo this damage.

We don't mind diversifying our trading partners, and all of this has shown us how important it is to do so. Now we know what we have to do and it's going to take a lot of negotiating to ever get us back to the old status quo. Personally I don't think we're ever going back. Our national security sort of depends on it, we can't allow one country to hold us hostage whenever they decide to elect one of their morons into office

We send our morons to florida, you should look into it

But Florida is still inside the US... and a swing-state to boot, so that won't do us any good. Instead, can we send our morons to Alberta? That would help tremendously, thanks in advance.

Florida's going to be swallowed up by the sea, probably sooner than we think!

Siberia would be a better choice.

Disney will never let that happen. They'll use their Star Wars/Marvel money to build some kind of water diversion system to sink Mississippi and Louisiana instead.
Why? If Florida sinks then they can cash in on Rogue One and build a LARP Battle of Scariff experience, with AT-ATs designed by Elon Musk.

Yes, but this time they can do it at an actual scale. Since Cape Cañaveral is already there, they can actually send you into orbit, man.

I do hope you will specify that they're found either in the United Conservative Party (which is an amalgamation of "Progressive" Conservative, Wildrose, and political migrants from the federal Reformacon party looking to set up a provincial version of the federal one and using this way to do it) or in the several fringe parties comprised of separatists, evangelicals, or other faith-based fundamentalists who want to roll back society to the 1950s or earlier (pesky thing, giving women the vote, legal personhood, and the right to run for political office ).

Good luck or bad luck?

has nobody noticed that the U.S. of A. has the exact same colours in its flag as Russia?

just noticing this , ı gotta say the first planes of the US Army were given red stars for identification whe deployed against Pancho Villa or something .

And the Air Force used the Japan flag until the attack to Pearl Harbor.

The flag of the United States is based directly on the flag of the British East India Company (only the canton was changed, and even then, only in 1777). The Russian flag is a specific alignment of the Pan-Slavic Colours also used in the flags of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, and, formerly, Yugoslavia and Montenegro - which just happen to be the same colours as the American flag, as well as the same colours as the British Union Jack, the French Tricolour, and the flag of the Netherlands. No doubt, a clear and obvious indicator of a huge, overarching, vast Masonic conspiracy... :crazyeye:

actually nothing about the social networking stuff , merely a red one , before they settled on the white one , don't know mid 20s or early 30s .

And the Air Force used the Japan flag until the attack to Pearl Harbor.

no , they didn't . Just a reminder of their origins before joining in 1917 .
