2020 US Election (Part One)

As you are well aware, I'm fully aware that you've said this many times. You know (or should realize) that this has no bearing whatsoever on the the truth of my statement. My point stands.

Obama was a rockstar... a once in a generation (possibly lifetime) opportunity votingwise... riding the wave of history to go with the obvious winning horse one time doesn't sponge away an entire body of fully expressed political ideology.

Also... wouldn't you say that asking me to apologize to you because you deigned to vote for the black dude... is a just a touch... well... I'll just leave it at that.
I expect better of you than willful disrespect. Tell me. Is that out of touch?

You brought up Obama's race, while I only mentioned the party. I also voted for a Democrat Chet Edwards until the 2010 census redistricting. We've been stuck with Bill Flores since then. Don't believe if you want but don't put words in my mouth.

Why? I think even people who consider a moderate level of respect to be "everyone's fair due until proven otherwise" would consider you to have long since burnt your claim.

I see, when J makes mistakes he's lying...and when you make mistakes, he's lying. J is one of the more respectful people on the OT, and considering the disrespect thrown at him, one of the more patient, thick skinned posters. Comparisons to Trump is...a...mistake.

LOL...no, when he repeats the same nonsense that has been debunked multiple times only you are buying it off as "a mistake." And I suspect that even you aren't really buying it off, you are just...well...doing what you usually do which puts you in the same range as J when it comes to having disrespect thrown at you.

But of course, just like J you take no responsibility for that in terms of it being a very natural consequence of your own behavior.

"I can't be racist, I voted for Obama" is an extremely Republican thing for one to say/believe.

Just for grins, what percentage of racists do you think voted for Obama? 5% of them or closer to 50% of them.
You never see that percentage in the demographics.

I find this sequence to be absolutely hilarious.

Kerry was a better candidate. If it were not for his position on Iraq, I might have voted for him.
J

what was Kerry's objectionable position on Iraq?

Pull out, pull everyone out, leave a mint on the doorstep.
J

I voted for Obama who was also a Democrat. He proceeded to prove I was right about Kerry's position on Iraq.
J

For those who don't get the joke, Obama ran on the exact same position on Iraq that supposedly kept J from voting for Kerry, yet he claims to have voted for Obama. Just like with Trump, it isn't the lying that destroys any chance of being respected, it's the commitment to doing something he is so very very bad at. When a five year old with chocolate smears all over their face says "no, I didn't take the candy" there is some cuteness in the poorly executed lying. In grown men the cuteness is lost.

That's an extremely Democrat thing to hear when it isn't said. This was not one of the times it was said or implied.

What I find interesting are situations like this, where people assume the only reason to vote for Obama is his race. The concept of judging a candidate on his or her merits seems to be foreign.

LOL...WOW! Did you actually put that nonsense in the same post where you are talking about people hearing something that wasn't said? What part of your talking point sheet said it was time to bring up that noise?

I'm glad to take responsibility for inspiring your insults. As I said before, I'm good at making you look foolish. Thats why you get so mad at me.
