You might also be able to add Mongolia (virtually a Soviet protectorate), Laos, Vietnam (which hosted a massive Soviet naval base), Angola, Mozambique, Somalia (before 1975), Ethiopia (after 1975) and maybe Egypt and Syria.

Would be even scarier if the Communist bloc (eg China, Yugoslavia) stays together.
