I hope this is not too hard. It is from a paper, that describes other measures of the same thing that have very different answers. This is the only one they maped though. I was surprised by it.

No. I was about to say nothing like that, but thinking about it there could be a relationship.
 
There are some suspicious coincidences between those colours and incidence of horseflesh-eating.
