NOTW L: The Immortals [Game Thread]

claiming nature for myself until BP better explains himself

Order of action processing at the end of each phase:
1. Lynch (if applicable)
2. Item transfers
3. Passive Abilities
4. Defensive abilities (in order received)
5. Prophet abilities
6. Offensive abilities (in order received)
7. Natural Health Regeneration

So yes, I think orb transfers happen before kills.

However, Winston's been largely inactive and KingMorgan hasn't been on that much either. It's certainly possible that they weren't around to give you the orbs after you warned them they were going to die. Or maybe they gave you some, but not all. Or maybe, like Zack said, you let them die with the orbs purely for your own defense.

Whatever the reason, you look like by far the most suspicious player left alive.

Die now, demon.

Actually, Bad Player's defense makes some sense.

1: The entire case against him is based on a misplaced chaos mana.
2: Had he been scum, he and KM would have transferred at least the chaos mana, and possibly the sun mana, since those are far too important and a chaos mana appearing on KM's corpse made BP look bad
3: Since they had the sun mana, they would have made another mana into a sun as an anti-vampire tool, or made the sun mana into a death mana or fire mana. The fact that they had a lone sun mana, lone mind mana and a lone law mana lying around indicates that they had no mana conversion ability, which bad player does have.
4: Their is no indication that mana transfers aren't instant
5: KM was almost certainly here to preform the transfer, since his kill order got sent later than the order to kill him. Otherwise, KM's kill would have come first in the order of night action executions, IIRC, and we would have had an immolation today.

I was unsuccessful again. My strength is not high enough to be of much use, it seems.

Bad Player

This makes no sense. I thought the example of Pizzaguy and vampires at the start of the game (3 strength IIRC from choxorn's claim) proves that attacks are not strength dependent?

Zack?

Um, they are? Don't you think I might know how feeding works better than you? What a silly reason to vote me.

thoughts from the other vampires? If feeding is strength dependent, how did you feed early on?

Wait, how do you know BP has a high strength? If its > 4 then, even if he isn't a demon, he's probably some third party suspect.

Or maybe he was roleblocked, or maybe Sun guy sent in the kill, then KingMorgan sent in the kill, then Sun guy told Bad Player, and KingMorgan was already gone by that point. Or maybe the demons were still discussing who to kill and dropped the ball.

You assume too much, and you're starting to give of vibes of PIS.

Because early on, either the demons were as weak as us or we somehow managed to never target them.

Because Zack and our other weak vampire failed when they tried to feed on him and KingMorgan, but Frozen and I succeeded when we fed on Bad Player. Our only conclusion is that this resistance is somehow strength-related, or demon-related. My Earth Mana Spells strongly suggest that some amount of strength is required to overcome your opponent's strength when you attack them, and raising someone's strength makes them more resistant to at least attacks, maybe other abilities.

Whatever it is, it's highly incriminating that Bad Player and KingMorgan were both unaffected by Zack's feeding.

I'm strength 4(5) because I have life mana and a meta magic mana.
What the hell? You brought me into your QT so I could heal someone with my life mana... when you should know that you need TWO life mana to heal someone. Specifically, I was brought in to heal the guy slaughtering demons left and right.

Cboxorn the information about the kills on Winston Hughes and King Morgan were up in the QT long before ends of nights. If there is anyone role blocking could you please come forward publicly or privately to someone to say if you role blocked anyone!

Hang on, what? I did t bring you into the QT, another person did and I just agreed that it would be a good idea for at least the purpose of you broadly explaining our plans to the vampires.

Well, why didn't you give me life mana? Or ask for my life mana? Or suggest that you might be able to heal the demon-killer if you had more life mana, when this was such a big topic in the QT? How did the demons even know to attack this person in the first place?

As I have already said, I want life mana for my PG. I hadn't thought of asking you for the life mana since it wasn't my suggestion anyway. As far as Catharsis is concerned, I don't know why he would be targeted except that it has been non-vampires except for Visorslash.
