I don't think we easily do and especially not without further coordination. The one thing we could do is make sure Nictel is the only person repairing a particular, probably relatively unimportant area, so we'll know if repairs were done there or not. Like a few points/however much repairs he does on the hangar while all other repairmen are known to be somewhere else.
Someone who could stop a crewman from working entirely (roleblock) would only block Nictel from repairs anyway. And someone who can follow somebody, for instance, is far more valuable looking for other saboteurs or killers amongst solid unknowns than watching Nictel, who even if guilty would probably keep doing repairs and is already under known suspicion.
