Not very Libertarian I see.
I, the freedom hating Social-Democrat is more socialy liberal then you.

I suppose the closer to the centre you are the more mature you are about things. i.e. able to see from both points of view.

oh no the "In medio stat virtus" <snip>

X thinks "women should drive"
Y,a Saudi Islamic fundamentalism, thinks "women shouldn't drive"

so IT IS NOT possibile X is 100% right....nono both opinions are equally valid

stupid Politically Correct Crap

To me it seems like if you believe in freedom you should believe in freedom for every aspect of life - social and economic not one or the other. no liberal or conservative really believes in freedom with all of their heart - if they did they would be a libertarian.

Moderator Action: Your opinion is your opinion an nothing more. You should have stopped before you accused everyone else of not loving freedom.

Which begs the question - why don't you believe in freedom?

I'm going farther right.

Economic Left/Right: 3.62
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: 0.82

because this test has a clearly anti-libertarian bias full of loaded questions to trick you away from the fourth quadrant

"you'd spank your children soooo you believe in BIG GOVERNMENT"

"BIG BUSINESS ARE EEEEEEEEEEEVIL,how can you really support EVIIIIIIIL BIG BUSINESS?"

I'm -3,-6 (approximately), but then I also believe in disciplining children, proper law and order and a harmonious Lawful Good society. I guess my Good side is much more prevalent than my Law side. :)

Economic liberals believe in far, far, more economic liberty than 'libertarians' do.

Can you give me the number of the PC question that makes that assertion? Or are you BSing stuff again.

yeah the liberty for the poor to steal from the hard-worker

Profit is merely wages stolen from the workers
Simple restitution that we see in court cases all the time. You must first prove that people have a 'right' to own something they did not make themselves and aquired through coercion.

Economics = 2.12
Social = 2.77

Question that tends to mess me up is the people with serious inheritable disabilities one.

I also like this test.

Spoiler :
Conservative/Progressive score: 7
You are a social moderate. You think the progressive movement is overall well meaning, but sometimes it goes too far. On issues like abortion and affirmative action, you see the negatives of both extremes on the issue. You probably value religion, but at the same time you think it should still stay separate from the government

Capitalist Purist/Social Capitalist score: 5
You are a Moderate Capitalist. You support an economy that is by and large a free market, but has public programs to help people who can't help themselves or need a little help. Pretty much you believe in the American economy how it currently is.

Libertarian/Authoritarian score: 5
You're a Moderate. You think that we all have certain inalienable rights that must be protected, but that sometimes laws need to be made to protect the majority's lives or quality of lives. You might think that the 2nd amendment isn't necessary anymore because letting everyone a gun is extremely dangerous to the community. You might also be against illegal drug use or public pornography because of its possible harmful effects to society.

Pacifist/Militarist score: 7
You're a Moderate. You think that in very rare occasions, the United States should invade a country in order to make the world better by spreading democracy or ending a tyrants rule. You also think that defense is very important, and we shouldn't lower the defense budget. You think that, while the Iraq War probably was a mistake, that we can make the world a better place by sticking with it and spreading democracy in the middle east.

Economic Left/Right: -2.62
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -3.90

I've shifted considerably farther towards Libertarian and about a notch farther left since I last took this.

Spanking your children isn't authoritarian now?

no because one of most basic tenets of libertarianism is "you can do whatever you want with your property"

Children(like pets) are the property of their parents/owner

say "you are authoritarian because you spank your children" is like say "you are authoritarian because you kick your monitor when it doesn't work"

it is the reason why we libertarians are generally divided in issue like dog fighting or abortion
