Thanks for the reponses so far guys :)

Another little question - When using supporting units like Battering Ram or Siege Tower, is it the Unit in Escort Formation that receives the benefits the supporting units offer when adjacent to a city, or does anyone attacking the city receive it?

the Escort unit and Adjacent attacking units. So up to a max of 3 Melee units. Ranged units don't not benefit from siege units.
The damage from these units goes straight to the City HP, bypassing the city Walls HP so you can technically Cap a city with Half life still in the defense walls.

Ah, so it was pointless for me to pair my Saka Horse Archers with Support Units then? :p

For the Saka herself, yes, but the adjency still applies... even to melee ships.

I've kept a ram with a knight, simply because the knight was less likely to die.

I was at war with Russia and my suzerain city state captured a Settler from them! It's sitting in their capital now, will they ever do anything with it or is there any way I can get it off them? I assume as it's a non-military unit that levying wouldn't work (don't have enough gold to try right now).

It's stuck there forever.

Hey Guys! If I buy Civ 6 standard edition will I get all the balance updates (Spring 2017 patch) ?

Or how does it work if you buy just Standard edition?

I would like to start playing this game, but I can't spend more then 40€ on it.

Standard (or vanilla) game includes all of the game patches. It does not include additional DLC content, however (mainly additional civs and scenarios).

Hey Browd!! Thanks very much :) will I get additional Maps as well - like TSL Eartch Map I have seen on YB videos? Or that is also a part of DLC?

But there is a super ultra fantastic mod that has earth maps you can use!

Hey ... OK :D so you start your post with But ... so does it mean I won't get the map? Or will I? With Standard edition? :)

That was part of the "Australian Summer" patch, separate from the Australia DLC. See https://civilization.com/news/entri...ummer-2017-update-multiplayer-teams-mod-tools

So that means Yes I will correct? As you said all patches are part of Standard version right? :)

Sorry for being so stupid guys I just never played any Civilization game nor any other game from this developer so I have no idea about their policy. Also I don't play games on Steam neither so no experience about updates policy there neither ...

Steam will automatically update your game, so no worries there. Firaxis is good about making it clear what content is covered by patches and what content is covered by DLC.

OK ... Still I am confused about my question on that TSL map :)) as you didn't splicitely set: Yes. Yet :D ...
