And do you seriously get a 'page' limit, rather than a word limit (or character limit)? How does referencing work with that?

Emerges into a world where a bunch of heroic nomadic Communist horsemen, armed with rocket launchers and plasma pistols, attempt to prevent Tsar Simeon from reestablishing the Bulgarian Empire from Crimea to Solun would be a good setting.
