I joined the University's satellite team yesterday. Basically, the team is funded by the Air Force and in a sense builds proof of concept spy sats (and competes to launch them).

I know that Minneapolis recently (last year or so), submitted applications to host the Olympics. I do shudder to think what might happen if they are accepted.

I'm struggling to admit this but there is this weird feeling coming over me. Could it be.....heaven forbid.....pride? Jesus, we're just selling cars. But the emotion is unavoidable.
