I'm pretty pumped that I have a unit in one of the finest Civ III scenarios. Glad he could find a home there, even if he is going to be eaten by zombies...

NavyDawg, that's nice to hear. I'm also glad you made the unit. The scenario would be pretty rubbish without cool units like this one to put into it!

And if you would like to make some more for the scenario just let me know and I'll tell you what we need.

King Arthur, PM me a list of some units you could use. I can't say how soon I can make them, but I do plan to make some urban units down the line. I'm thinking about a SWAT and Punk-Rock unit in particular. Also, I was thinking about making an Ash (Army of Darkness) and a Shawn of the Dead. These might be useful for EFZI.

NavyDawg... The Farmers will need some units such as "the Farmers Daughter". We have just added more units such as your Sheriff Unit to allow them to be more Fun to play. The farmers were not playable and really have not been "developed" but since we have them as a playable faction now in this Scenario we wanted to add what we can to enhance them for this Release.
Other units that are needed are an Alpha Zombie, Nuclear Zombie and Farmboy. Perhaps not odd that there are no real farmer units available so Farmer units are needed. Probably the best way you can get a feel and understanding of what is needed and wanted is to have the game and play around with it. There have been many changes to this game and it has many possibilities. The Sheriff is a Great Unit and Much Fun in the game...I personally give my "stamp of approval" (what ever that means to anyone  ) for the Sheriff. With the Great new units we have in the game now, it is indeed a Really Fun game to play.

NavyDawg - if you PM me your email address I will send you the latest version of the scenario. As Greg says, the best way you can understand what is needed is to play the game! I hope to include many more of your quality units in this scenario. Many thanks KA.

Plotinus brought to my attention that the Sheriff Attack sound was not playing with good timing. The sound was set to play well according to the animation but the game factors envolved do not play it as directly as it was set.
...This is the corrected Sheriff Attack sound. Just place it in your Sheriff Unit Folder and overwrite the old file. This removes the slight delay of the sound.

What no john wayne unit argh!!!!!!! This is impossable!!!!!!

Hehe. Either I forgot about this unit, either I didn't see it the first time. It's a shame there is no Far West scenario to back this one up. I remember a rather nice Western town graphics and a few Mexicans units. I'm not even mentioning the numerous Natives units.

Not a bad bump, I appear to have missed this unit too!

See, this is why I don't understand why people get so upset about bumps. I hadn't seen this unit when it first appeared, or if I had I totally forgot about it. This is an awesome unit, and I actually have a need for it in something I'm working on right now. :goodjob:

I'm working on that, too. See >here<. Tech Trees wanted.

Native Civs: Haida, Ute, Nez Perce, Blackfoot, Sioux, Cheyenne, Comanches, Chippewa, Navaho, Apache

Other Civs: Cavalry, Settlers, Mormons, Nevadans, Coloradans, Northwesterners, Texans, Californians, Mexicans.

Here's a tease:

I agree. I've changed my mind quite a few years ago.

Balthasar, what can I say, once again you've got a flair for great scenario.

I suppose back in the day when activity was high, then it is a problem. Now that it is slow, and people date their stuff, it's not that big of a deal anymore.
