Siberian Husky (Red Alert 2 conversion)

Are you done, Chukchi_Husky ? I've downloaded every update ^^
If I make the G.I. and Conscript larger, should I also make the husky larger?

Do you convert your units frame-per-frame or do you have a Steph-like program (©) ?
I extract the units using a C&C modding program (all the game files are contained in a .mix file) into individual frames (.pcx format), convert them into .bmp, then use SBB. One problem is that most of the frames are blank (the Husky had 344 frames, but only 171 of them had a sprite on them).

Compared to Straczynski's dog and a human unit, it looks good. Maybe just a little smaller than it should be, but we're talking about 3 or 4 pixels here

If that is a German Shepherd (a large dog) than it should be larger than a Husky (a medium dog). In RA2 they were both the same size (which is strange, but then again a husky would make a bad attack dog).

Ahh red alert 2, many great hours of RTS fun there :D prehaps you could do the apocolypse tank or the flak track, tanya would be cool too.

As for the size of the Conscript and the GI... Well, Steph's SBB can enlarge them... :)
That's good to know. I should like to have alot of those Chariots of War units he converted enlarged too...if only I had the gumption to learn how to do that myself!

That is a sweet fortify animation!!

if the attack animation is standing up, wouldn't the GI have to stand up to defend itself as well... even from a fortified position.
pls correct me if i'm wrong, but when you order an attack, isn't the animation sequence run-fortify-attack. If the attack is standing, then the animation would be walking GI, fortifying, then standing back up to attack... too much movement

i say attack should be from fortified position.

do what you think is best anyway, ur units so far have been fantastic!

I looked at both G.I. attacks. Each attack has six frames per direction. The stand up attack only fires once during the six frames, but the fortified attack fires three times during the six frames.

Here is the G.I. fortified attack:
