TortoiseSVN just had a recent update put out v.19,xxxx. I updated to that.
I did the https because that's what I use for my other SVN's (Krome, AND, etc.) that I have full access to.
Did not know that the https had a 10Mb limit attached to it. BUT, since I will probably Never have a 10Mb commit that should not be a problem. I will remember though that if I ever do have a >10Mb commit I will switch to the svn+ssh.
My future balance changes, when Team approved of course, will be in small packages.
