Don't you think it's more likely that he's doing his job ?
Maybe the last bunch of indictments (the last 12) were 100% political, and only serve the purpose of giving Mueller more time (in addition to pressure Trump right before he met Putin). But the previous ones were definitely legit, proof being that several indicted people plead guilty and are now cooperating with the investigation.
