70K total can get you a foreclosed upon property, or something nicer in a depressed rust belt city (Youngstown, Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland etc) that you may be able to fix up and rent to a student...

Yes to a point and no, does not get you high. I don't drink carbonated milk or soy milk with it. Regular cow's milk although soy milk with chai tea spice stuff is good .

1. People are idiots. This might be a result of USA's Education System's low quality. Alternatively, they're just anal retentive. Or all three combined.

2. The Constitution, in the end, is just paper, not stone. Even with stone, people will still be douchebags. Sadly, paper just makes douchebaggery worse than if douchebaggery had just stone.
