Oh, sorry, I forgot - :sarcasm:

Oh please stop it with the "Poland should get her eastern lands back" BS. Joke or not, I am associated with people who do that, and I do not like it.

I did not write "should" - I wrote "might". Now that's different !!!

But I think Poland might as well get the Moon as compensation for the lose of those lands.

:agree:

Exactly - this thread was started as a one big troll-joke-mockery thread so I just try to keep up with its original nature !!!

What's wrong with that !!! How is Pro-Polish trolling-mockery any worse than Anti-Polish trolling-mockery ?!

Poland is on the moon!

Why not return all of Poland to the Germans?

But all of Poland was never under German occupation, except for the 1942 - 1943 period.

Why not return all of Poland to the jews?

Phi... Who cares about Poland while having entire world under control (as some people say).

Only after Germans go back where they came from: central Asia.

I thought they came from Scandinavia (seriously - no jokes this time).

What I find ironic is that all this talk of Poland "losing" or "getting" territory, as if it were actually some sort of concious being that may acquire or lose property, and not simply a territorial jurisdiction attributed to a political institution,

Together with the territory, goes the property located there - such as cities, factories, infrastructure, etc.

Why not return historic German land back to the Germans instead of giving the Poles more land?

Because the Germans already had their turn when it comes to having a lot of "Lebensraum" at the same time.

I voted the third option, if I remember correctly (it was long time ago - in the Golden Age of this thread).

Edit:

Nope - I voted Central Europe (just checked it). Looks like I was still a good man back then, not a sarcastic troll like now. :(

Poland and Hungary should have their lands returned to them...

I don't mean like all of Romania or all of Croatia like those crazy revisionists.I mean areas where their are significant numbers living in those places outside of Hungary, but right on the border of Hungary......

The only problem is that Poland and Hungary pre 1920 would of have territorial disputes over Southern Poland/Northern Hungary

I just want to add, that pierogi in English translation is pieorgies.

There are many kinds of pieorgies, but my personal favourite are so called russkiye pieorgies (ruskie pierogi):

Pieorgies with cabbage and mushrooms (pierogi z kapustą i grzybami) are also very good:

Pierogi are dumplings of unleavened dough – first boiled, then they are baked or fried usually in butter with onions – traditionally stuffed with potato filling

Complains about troll thread. Two months later, necroes troll thread.

Why not just move the people? It'd be easier. If we insist on employing this ethnic logic of nationality, then somebody is going to start ethnically cleansing somebody else before we're finished, so you might as well do it with as little bloodshed as possible. And if turns out that the Polish Hungarians, Hungarian Poles and so on don't want to voluntarily cleanse themselves, are quite happy living where they are, then maybe it turns out that ethnicity isn't quite so fantastically important a consideration as we might presume it to be.

Pieorgies sounds better (and resembles their taste + phonetically similar to the original name - pierogi).
Unfortunately in English it looks like 'pie orgies', something which may be good but should probably be avoided by those with a weak stomach.

After being to Poland and hearing many Polish refer to Poland being in central Europe, the answer is central Europe.
If a group of ugly racists all claim they're not ugly racists, does that suddenly make them beautiful romantics?

Silly analogy. Why would the Poles put themselves in the wrong part of Europe?

"a republic in E central Europe, on the Baltic Sea. About 121,000 sq. mi. (313,400 sq. km). Capital: Warsaw" http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/poland?s=t

Poland i/ˈpoʊlənd/ (Polish: Polska), officially the Republic of Poland (Polish: Rzeczpospolita Polska; Kashubian: Pòlskô Repùblika), is a country in Central Europe http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poland

Poland is a country in Central Europe. http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Where_is_Poland

I suppose now you'll tell me the Dictionary, Wikipedia and Wiki answers are wrong.
