Negative.

Actually this is pretty entertaining :D

Seriously though, I'd really like to complete and commit all of them before I reveal what they are. I fear otherwise I'd have to fend off tons of suggestions of how it should be done ;)

The four civs have been mentioned by now by the way.

Currently not.

Nah! I know at least one civilization and really sure about this... thanks to the hint at #5569 HAHA!
May I mention it?

Ofcourse, its not like Leoreth disclosed anything. So technically it is still a guess. I'm fairly certain of atleast 2 but the fourth perplexes me.

Celts
Poland
Zimbabwe
Assyria

is what I'd like to see. In fact I think it would be good if some ancient minors were included, even if they only lasted a certain amount of time before being wiped out and never respawning. Make the early game more interesting if you had more civs to interact with instead of waiting

I feel that decolonization civs should not spawn if the current owner of their land is Solid/Stable (always forget which one is better) or better. This comes from the desire not to see strong civilizations being splitted up.

Or maybe they can also spawn as vassals in some cases.

One of them was Tibet, wasn't it? Well, don't tell me. I like a surprise.
No, it's Vanuatu. Sorry for spoiling the surprise :mischief:

Sure, although part of their purpose is to hurt super-Spain so there needs to be a balance. But I'll certainly do more than spawn a few civs and call it a day.

I have no idea what happened, or maybe the more recent changes have been a balancing factor,
but super-Spain has not been as much of a problem as in earlier SVN revisions. Something to keep in mind.

Yeah, that's true, I've noticed that as well (one of my nerfbats actually had an impact apparently).
