The dragonarmies tech should give you the "Dragon Highlord" gov, not Dragonlords...
The worms appear in the "Hammer and Axe" book as helping in the Farming Warrens, under the guide of Klar herders... one of those worms shreddded the Stone of Threes of Kal-Thax
