Do the effects of multiple mines in one province each decrease construction costs (so two mines in a province with marble would decrease costs by 20%)?
Are construction cost modifiers cumulative?
So , if i have
a copper mine in a province (-15% construction costs) and
forge ( Decreases building costs in province by 10%),
are buildings built in that province -25%?
...DECLARE Kuriotate military protection over Amurites...
Slavery is now -30% construction cost.
Also, I'll be going to Zagreb so if I get ALL orders in next 12h I will update early.
