Do the construction cost modifiers affect all provinces?

immac.

Immaculate: Imho only the reduction from marble.

TheJopa: Is there any benefit from stacking more same spheres?

At Algeroth - Not really, IMO it would just complicate things, but if someone wishes, specialization in particular sphere is possible.

Spheres are not really a resources, just research into particular type of magic.

Do the effects of multiple mines in one province each decrease construction costs (so two mines in a province with marble would decrease costs by 20%)?

Are construction cost modifiers cumulative?
So , if i have
a copper mine in a province (-15% construction costs) and
forge ( Decreases building costs in province by 10%),
are buildings built in that province -25%?

Yes, and yes, cost can't go below 10% though. (or over 90% reduction, if you want).

Some things aren't cumulative live copper and iron bonus.

Slavery is now -30% construction cost.

Also, I'll be going to Zagreb so if I get ALL orders in next 12h I will update early. No pressure though. I'll be going to college and 'll be offline for few days or week. I guess I'll get internet there soon but for the time you will have to go without update. I want good ideas springing up when I'm back!

RECOGNIZING the Amurites as a close friends;

ACKNOWLEDGING the dire times they got through;

WISHING to prevent them from the future horrors of war;

I hereby,

DECLARE Kuriotate military protection over Amurites.

Cardith Lorda, Emperor of Kuriotates

Sorry I couldn't get 'em in on time.

This is a formal statement that we are displeased with your interference in our internal affairs. Back off, or there will be consequences. As of now our slave markets are closed to the Kuriotates. On a one time basis, if the purchased and released slaves return to Svartalfar lands, their freedom will be retained, and they will each be given a plot of undeveloped land to own and work. Any further illegal escapes will be met with harsh consequences.

Tyrs- check your PMs.

Message from perpentach:

I am extremely displeased with the kuriotates for this action interfering in my internal affairs. You should have just asked nicely, like the Luchuirp did. In fact, the luchuirp have convinced us to switch out of slavery and adopt a caste system. And i would like the kuriotates to grant us a 15 gold donation (to be used to buy golems), as compensation for the trouble they cause us earlier.

From: Lord Agron, Internal Affairs of the Court
To: The Kuriotates

Let it be known that the Calabim nation fully supports the Svartalfar. The buying of slaves, only to free them is not only counter productive and costly but a great taboo in the Calabim and Svartalfar Empires. If this continues, we will be ready and waiting to aid our Elven sisters, in which ever way this is requitred.

@Jopa: I need my stats, and i want to know how many trade routes I can have this turn. I will send orders tonight.

From: Kandros Fir of the Khazad
To: Kuriotates
Cc: Svartalfar, Calabim, Balseraphs

Let it be publicly known that the Khazad strongly resent the attitude of the Kuriotates. You keep meddling in the internal affairs of other people. We do not support slavery, but it's every people's right to rule themselves the way their leader decides, not the way their neighbour decides. Not only do you work to destabilize other regimes, you also directly threaten us. While I propose to free Erebus of orcish menace, you menace to attack me, pretending you need some resources when your empire is already one of the vastest and richest of the world. You must understand that should Svartalfar or Balseraphs need to cross my country in order to settle quarrrels qith you, they will have all the help they need from the Khazad.

After signing the pact of protection with the Malakim, ambassador Flamen Willow had travelled the long way back to Khazak.
The Hanging Mountain coolness was a welcome change from the hot desert climate. Flamen was to report to the Senate that the negotiations with the Malakim had gone well, but he had more to tell them.

Flamen was a very religious dwarf, he believed in the riches that Kilmorph could provide to her worshippers, and the way she did that was to repay them for their hard work of digging the earth to uncover riches. Flamen was going to tell the Senate that the Khazad people should thrive for excellence in their everyday life and work, because only excellency would please the goddess. The ambassador had long been disappointed by the fact that dwarves still organised themselves in tribes, or clans as they called them, and let this affect the way they worked. Some dwarves would rather not work with someone of another clan out of habit. Some wouldn't trade directly because of an old grudge between the great grandfather of someone had insulted the great grand uncle of someone else. This was not good for the Khazad. It had to change.

If Flamen could convince the Senate, the Khazad would forget their clanic pride and thrive for excellency and virtue instead. Each miner in every shaft of the country wouldn't dig the earth just because his clan leader told him to, but because digging the earth is of religious importance and must be accomplished perfectly.

Gone is the time of clans picking at each other. Now is the time for excellency, for virtue. For Arete.

Kuriotates fund abolishment

Boy King was purchasing slaves from other kingdoms that have adopted the foul practice. He invested some gold, but it was not enough, as only few slaves were liberated, but after seeing their suffering Boy King had no option but to invest more and more gold, buying people and giving them a new life. He was not wrong, as this people proved to be among the most hardworking and fathful part of Kuriotate nation.

Kuriotate: -15 gold, +1 stability, gain Village in Kwythelhelar
Svartalfarl, Balseraphs, Lanun: -2 stability

In addition to funding abolishment, Kuriotates are claiming provinces that they don't have yet, and which are about the only remaining ones. So,despite having more provinces than me, they're being quite aggressive in terms of letting me take a province which is not theirs and for which I'd have to fight in the first place. Basically I'd have to take a province, get rid of orcs and then pay an ungodly sum so they leave me at peace...
