1 or 2. We'll average and call it 1.5. I'm not sedentary, but I don't deliberately exercise all that much. Even less since spraining my ankle really bad last fall. I don't eat the right things, but I've cut out most junkfood other than soda and beer. And I've cut down on both of those. But I'm still in need of losing 30 odd pounds.
I'd say I am a 1-2 - I don't exercise much, and although I do eat large quantities of starch and protein with little fat in comparison, I consume very few fruits (and no vegetables). However, judging from my poop, I should probably eat more fiber.
I rarely drink and haven't taken any drugs, although I would probably drink more often if I got into more situations that involve drinking.
I'd say 3. I exercise every work day, combined endurance and strength training, jogging every other day. Meditation for half an hour to help my moods from going up and down like they usually do. (on the order of a euphoric bunny in the morning, raging bastard along midday and a depressed mess in the evening) I drink and smoke on the weekend days though so that brings me down. Food habits are generally okay, lots of fish and vegetables though I like melted cheese, ham and mayo a little too much. Not getting enough sleep though I'm trying to fix that.
I play soccer once a week and work out every once in a while, am not obese or overweight, but my diet kinda sucks even though I've tried to improve it.
I'm trying to get in shape for high-altitude hiking in Peru in may so I'm hoping to get up to a 4 by then
edit: my sleep is very irregular and I'm always feeling tired. 2.5
Going for 2. I sleep 8 hours+/night but my sleeping time is quite erratic. I don't exercise intensely; all I do is walk around EVERYWHERE I need to go, so maybe 1 hour of walking/day? Which is crap but keeps me out of "sedentary" lifestyle. I eat unhealthily most of the time, far too much salt, but whenever I cook for myself I cook plenty of my favourite vegtables - but on balance my diet is poor. My drinking is quite erratic, whenever I do drink i get pretty hammered on purpose but it's only like 1/fortnight which is pretty poor by student standards Despite all this I'm not fat, all my unhealthyness is hidden in that form;p
I definitely need to change my exercise regime and my sleeping routine. I plan on going to the gym a lot more in the summer and sleeping better.
I'll answer once we get clearer definitions on points 1, 2, 3 and 4. My lifestyle changes a lot with the year, the uni classes, schedules, and the weather.
1 - Everything except, I don't do drugs, the only drugs I take are my psychiatric drugs at prescribed doses and times, which results in me being unable to drink alcohol. My sleep is pseudo-erratic, my bedtime is varied, but I get up at noon on the dot. Other than that, I fit the characteristics of 0, which I would have voted for if I DID do drugs and alcohol.
Diet isn't bad, I don't eat fast food, or much in the way of frozen dinners and whatnot, Although I probably drink a bit more pop/sugary stuff than I ideally should.
Don't smoke or do drugs. I don't have a breathalyzer but i Don't imagine my BAC goes over 0.08 very often at all.
Sedentary lifestyle and lack of exercise kill my score though. Especially in the winter, If there isn't any snow to shovel I don't get a lot of physical activity.

Vegetarian isn't worth anything on its own, vegetarian microwavable dinners and high-sugar/fat pastries are almost certainly worse for you than a high-meat diet.
Positive: Exercise fairly often (less cardio than I'd like, though) and limit drugs/alcohol intake to low levels. I eat a fair amount of fruits and veggies and try to keep my intake of high-sugar/fatty foods to a minimum. Have an awesome kitten, better than meditation for keeping one sane. Regular sex.
Negative: Poor sleep habits. Usually 6-7 hours a night during the week and like 12 on weekends. I drink a lot of coffee in a day, usually a pot in the morning and a espresso-based drink in the afternoons. Despite my best efforts, I usually end up getting greasy take-out/delivery once or twice a week. Aside from my regular workouts, I lead a very sedentary lifestyle. Not enough sex.
