If you've played Darkstalkers and/or Capcom vs insert popular franchise here, you'd likely recognize her. The rendition I have is from a fanart I found in Deviantart.

It's Morrigan, from Darkstalkers. It's a fighting game that was a sort of precursor to Street Fighter. Just be glad he didn't pick Felicia, the other Internet-famous character from those games, because catgirls.

Both characters have been reused in other Capcom games, like CivG said.
