It is era specific. You'll find that all the foreign advisor pcxs (eg MA_all) in the "African theme" thread are set as single-era, but when they're in an era-specific thread like this one, the foreign advisor pcx is era specific .

EDIT - I've just noticed - although I've done the MA_all era-specific, I put the single-era link in this thread. I've amended that now .

Maybe you should change the city list some. Shouldn't Gao or Jenne be the capital (Bamako is just the modern capital, not the capital of ancient Mali).

Well it is the current capital, that's why it's there. If you don't want to use it, fair enough .
