    It is true for all civs. Eurekas are now 40%.
    maybe for the streams you watched that was not true yet.

    is it possible to combine units into armies? As was possible in CivRev and I have seen mention in the notes and wonder what to do.

    At Nationalism, you can combine two land units into a Corps or two naval units into a Fleet, at Mobilization you can combine a Corps and a normal land unit into an Army or a Fleet and a normal naval unit into an Armada.

    Corps and Fleet have +10 combat strength, Armies and Armadas have +17 combat strength. This makes them approximately 2 and 3 (or 4, I'm not certain) times as strong as single units because of how damage is calculated.

    Quick question about zone of control. The warrior next to palenque moves right and destroys the archer next to rotterdam on the stone. My question is very simple, how is this possible? Why is this warrior not affected by zone of control?

    When you walk into Zone of Control, you are then limited only to the "attack" action. You can, however, attack any unit you can attack normally from that tile.

    While the double-unit’s-range destinations are lit up in green, you can select ANY city/aerodrome you own on the map and it will go there.
    Note: haven’t yet tested with R&F.

    Why my library has total science output of 5 per turn?
    It should be: base 2 science + 1 from great scientist (which I got some turns earlier) for total 3 science. Are there any other sources of bonus science for libraries?

    As far as I understand, "Eurekas provide an additional 10% of technology costs" from the Free Inquiry Dedication means the eurekas should give 50% of the tech. But I still get 40%. Do I misunderstand it? Thanks

    When placing Neighborhoods, I've noticed that the Neighborhood District appears to drop the appeal of the tile when you place it. I've observed this twice -- both times the tile went from breathtaking appeal to charming. Needless to say, you're not getting what's advertised. Is there something I don't understand happening or is this a bug?

    I haven't bought R&F yet, but I'm curious if they have added any more religions yet? (Expecting Jainism for Chandragupta, and Tangriism for Genghis Khan, but possibly others as well)

    3-envoy city-state bonuses now grant the +2 yield to the first building of the district, which appears in the tooltip as you described.

    Are you ahead of the game era? Technologies ahead of the game era are more expensive, so the actual eureka would only give 40%. Additionally, the non-filled part of the bar that shows how much the eureka would fill is always 40%, for both technologies ahead and behind the game era, so I assume it might also be 40% if you have the dedication. It should give the correct amount though.

    Did you place them on old-growth forests? Once you have conservation (or maybe natural history) old-growth forests get +1 appeal on their own tile to boost national parks. If you build a neighborhood on them, you remove the forest and lose that appeal.

    I haven't really checked, but I believe there aren't any new religions. Haven't seen any in the two games I played.
