Wow this thread is really stupid

Stabbings are not a trend in the UK? The great Google disagrees! Let's see some action already.

haven't they already restricted sales of knives to minors and limited blade sizes, restricted where you can carry them... by regulation

So basically the same amount of knife regulation in the US of A, more or less. Not very impressive. Why doesn't the UK apply the same restrictions to bladed weapons as they do firearms? Yeah one is more effective than the other but where's the harm in it? Won't it save lives and hospital bills?

I can only agree with you, they been slow to react, but after this I'm sure that gardening implements will soon be incorporated into the dangerous weapons category,

Banning blades would go against god's natural law.

How else would those who live by the sword perish?

I'm not sure why gun nuts don't just admit that they prize the right to bear arms more than whatever consequences might arise from the easy availability of guns. That seems to be their conviction, ultimately, but they still insist on trying to make inane and assinine arguments about how guns don't kill or how they don't kill any more than other things that do not have as much range, convenience, etc. Really makes you wonder if the stereotype about gun nuts is actually true.
