UNIT REQUESTS - Godzilla and Friends!

First off...Congrats Amesjustin...welcome back

Ive never seen Anguirus do that before (the "cape" thing), maybe I missed it, I only watched these on the Weekends with Dr Paul Barer...Not a HUGE fan, although I do have Godzilla,Mechgodzilla, and Ghidora action figs...lol

Hurl himself backwards?...never saw that either...although I do remember him balling up and Godzilla throwing him like a ball(into a readily waiting train...I would NEVER ride the trains in Tokyo)

What do Janet Jackson and Anguirus have in common?...

Is that better ?

About the colors, I think he will be brown. I don't know if I'll be able to find a right yellow for the shell. There is no texture map for it, so it would plain yellow. About the spikes: Is the current yellow good ? I'd prefer have the right color from the start before editing each of the 76. <_<

There is already a horn on the noze, but it isn't very visible.

well then you are a jump up when this goes to Civ4...

What is the difference in Mesh formats?...if you explain, it will help me find better models for you guys to make units from...I dont know anything about 3D rendering...

There are plenty of differences but the important thing is : Am I able to open this format with my program ? :)

Poser can import various formats (3DS, Wavefront, Lightwave, ...) but for most, I have to build a skeleton to be able to animate them. And it doesn't look easy. The best with Poser is the "made for Poser" models, coming with a skeleton and easily posable.

About .NIF: Like that, I can't import them in Poser. Perhaps there is a plugin somewhere and a way to convert them.
Edit: Mh. There is way, but, uh, I have to import NIF in 3DStudioMax then save it in 3DS to import it in Poser. It has to be an better way.

About the colors, yes the base unit looks good as is. The yellow spikes towards the back have the right color. Maybe the nose horn could be a shade or three lighter?

Otherwise perfect as always :goodjob:

Looks good! The only thing I might change is to curl the fingers inward slowly during the swipes, to make it look like he is trying to slash his opponent with his claws. Not that big a deal, though, so if the model isn't properly jointed to do this then forget it. As always, I am pretty happy with what you have so far. :D

Back to Mothra.

I didn't find a way to make a proper electric attack without going back to cut and paste. So I made a laser attack.

Good idea or a too big treason ?
