An apatosaurus, requested by Gojira54 and Balthasar.

Run > Default > Fidget > Fortify > Attack A > Attack B > Victory > Fortify (alt) > Attack B > Death

It is deliberately an archaic view of the Apatosaurus. Swan-like neck, tail on the ground, not using its tail as a weapon (or a deterrent). It would fit rather nicely in mods with a Lost World or even pulp vibe.

The first Attack is a little more kinetic than what you might expect from an old dino-movie, so an alternate Fortify is available if you want to cue it directly to Attack B. An alternative Attack A is also available if you want it to loop.

Also included an apatosaurus resource.

Animations were done days ago, but I kept bumping into problems when I centered the unit. Every mistake I could do, I did.

Balthasar, any idea how you'll use it ?

In the Steampunk: Lost Worlds mod, in the underground world of Pellucidar, a place first described by Edgar Rice Burroughs. We've got an animal race, the Mahar, in Pellucidar that includes all of the currently available Dinos, into which pantheon your magnificent Sauropod will share grazing land with Plotinus' Mammoth and Tom2020's Sabre Tooth Tiger, two other recently made and sorely-needed units (if you wanna put together any sort of decent "lost world", that is..).

Y'know, while looking through those Pellucidar maps, I realized that one cool critter on it we don't have is Giant Ants........I could make a giant anthill for them....just thought I'd throw that out there......:mischief:

General_666 > I thought I made one. Probably forgot it at the last instant. Ress.pcx (49x49) can easily be resized to 32x32 or even cropped - you don't need that much tail anyway.

Balthasar > I haven't followed the dev. thread of your mod but I'm looking forward to it. An Ant unit is somewhat possible. Just have to find an appropriate model.

Gojira plans to use AttackA_ALT.flc animation (the looping stomp) as a chopping worker animation. Haven't though of it like this when I made it but it is indeed a good idea.
 
I thought Giant ants were made for the Fallout scenario? If not they should add it.

Righteous Fist I would like to hear more about it, too, as there will be a skull island in Modzilla as well...
