"Hillary should be shot"

No, the republicans should go after Bush in a witch hunt, its never too late, it would set a precedent to go after Hillary. They could also investigate every Represented and Senator to make sure there are no security risks there or they could make sure everyone is aware of the problem from now on and tighten training and security for Public officials
Witch hunt?

Dems had complete control for the first two years, why didn't they 'Witch Hunt' Bush then?

Because they were busy legislating. Only Republicans are tolerant about having their representatives hang out in Washington for years on end and accomplishing nothing. Spiteful witch hunting, repetitive passing of "bills" that don't even have a structure that could be law if it got through the other chamber and signed, that's the stock in trade of Republicans in congress.

Witch hunt?
I call it a witch hunt because Bush had issues first, if security was really that important they should go after him to make their example

but the real issue is who handles electronic security at high levels, presumably, the FBI or some other agency, so the question becomes why didn't they tell the President and a Sec of State, how to handle their correspondence and phone traffic and are they actually doing anything now to make sure it dose not happen again

until they get their act together it hardly seems that non experts should be held to a higher standard than those that have responsibility for security

Yes, yes, yes, have heard it 'ad nauseam', the Repubs/Dems did it first and on and on like a bunch of children.

Let's take care of the mess we have now.

If I understand New Hampshire at all, I don't think this will go over well there. We'll see, but I think the voters will take care of it.

We're working on it...

If by "complete control for the first two years," you're referring to the three weeks during which the Dems had a sufficient number of senators to pass legislation past the GOP. which was determined to filibuster all Democratic legislation, then I'd have to agree with you.

Vile comments are bad, mkay, then again sort of causing deaths of others is a tad viler.
It's not like Hilla will be shot, or even put on trial, so this is more non-news, and the US elections look as dumb as ever :\

"Hillary should be shot" is just the logical step up from "Hillary for jail" so I expect a lot of people in the Republican base are ok with this.

Didn't you see the posts above yours? The Republican base is ok with it as long as they can find one example of Democrats doing the same.

You don't think that steadily multiplying calls for violence and an atmosphere of bitter hatred are any cause for concern? Any at all?

Nope, because he believes there is no problem that can't be solved by talking and staying friends.

If they jailed you for doing what Hilary did, acbradley, they would be guilty of arbitrary imprisonment, on the ground that what Hilary did isn'T actually against the law.

"Gross negligence" (as used in the effing espionnage act clause that'S the only legal clause that could apply here) is not some sort of empty wording. It's a very specific legal concept that goes a lot further than simply "being careless". Gross negligence is simply not caring at all about even the most basic elements of safety and security.

In the case of en email account, gross negligence might take the form of using 12345 as your password, "What was my maiden's name?" as your password reset question, on a google or hotmail account, etc, and using that account for classified information. Using a private email server? Not so much. Careless, yes, but not gross negligence to the point of securing a conviction.

And expanding the definition of gross negligence is a big no-no: the supreme court has already stated that the only reason the provision in question is constitutional to begin with is BECAUSE gross negligence is so narrow. Otherwise, the scope of the law would be simply too broad, given how vague it is about what kind of information you can't reveal.

New Hampshire politics was the focus of a This American Life episode recently. Apparently the partisan divide there has gotten much less civil recently. Also Democrats seem to be on the upswing.

Iam sure that impeaching a President over an extra martial affair will send a strong message of deterance to any future president about cheating.

Arming, trainning funding terrorist, falsifying reason to goto war, and destroying the world fianical markets not so much.
Better spend tons of time and monies invesigating Benghazi again, while pretending the elephant in the room dosnt exist and dosnt stink to high heaven.

Bush and the GOP lied us into a war
and Hillary voted for it

Its the Democrats fault for believing Republicans lies.
Theres still time to impeach Clinton for the Iraq War 2 and dont forget its also treason to question a President* during a time of war !
(* Only applies to Republican Presidents)

lotsa people died so she could appear tough

I'm unsure whether you are serious due to the lowercase.

The Iraq war was massively manufactured and both the people and politicians of the US were presented with willfully false evidence. Being angry at Clinton over it is disingenous. She voted according to the evidence presented to her. Instead, impeach the ones actually responsible. And the responsibility has been proven because some people have stepped up from behind the scenes and unveiled what was actually going on coming into the Iraqi war.

Think about it. Lotsa people died so who could appear tough exactly? Or what were the reasons again?

You know who, at least.
