Hey Pounder i wanted to ask when is the earliest i can post the Halfling set for it to be accepted in the next month's contest (how many hours from when you reply).
I won't be having internet for a few days starting from midnight tonight, so i cannot upload it then.

12 hours before midnight GMT is what I've been accepting submissions because there are people posting from Korea, Japan, Australia, etc.., you should be fine if you post after noon GMT.

I usually Close the submissions and post the polls about 11 hours after midnight GMT.

It was actually three hours past noon GMT when you posted that. Greece is two hours ahead of the UK, and the UK is currently GMT+1.
