Could someone please explain to me how is it possible in civ 5 for Polynesia to possess winged hussars when Poland is not even in the game?
If memory serves, military city-states could gift unique units from other civs, even ones that weren't in the game.

Is there a list anywhere of what contributes to CO2 Levels?
I believe it's simply any expenditure of Coal, Oil or Uranium, and the effects are made worse by removal of woods and rainforest.

About power. Strategic resources are not that abundant in Civ 6. I dont have any coal and I was lucky to get three oil resources. I consider that a lot (duel map with 3 AI:s).

Now, every modern unit requires one oil per turn. I happened to have 4 infantry, 3 submarines. Thats 7 oil per turn. 2 oil left that goes to oil power plants, that gives me 2x4=8 power. A stock exchange requires 3 power. A factory requires 2 power.

When adding all this together I can only have a tiny army and the leftover power enough for two stock exchange and one factory? That is like nothing or am I missing something?

Thanks. I wasn't building any power plants, but does building railroads count? I had a huge contribution almost entirely due to coal, and that's the only thing I can think of that would use it, unless baseline factories count too?

About strategic resources: What are the rules? How do they function differently from vanilla?

I noticed that things like horses, coal, iron, etc. now store up. It looks like the "warehouse" maxes out at 150; can that amount be increased somehow? And just how many of a given resource gets expended to make a unit? 10? 50? What?

If the "warehouse" stops storing at 150, then I really SHOULD be selling off the the excess to other civs for the ridiculously low price of 1 gp/resource unit.

Also Favor units: What would be a "reasonable" price for selling a Favor unit. The other civs keep offering to buy them for like 1gp/Favor point (which strikes me as being insanely low for something that may come back later to be used to bite me in the posterior). And is there a max storage for Favor, like there is for strategic resources?

And one last thing: Does refusing to make a deal for Favor and strategic resources hurt your relationships with the other civs when you "Refuse the deal"?

Yes, the Coal spent on Railroads and units also counts. Any expenditure of these resources counts.

Yes, selling excess makes sense. You need to ask for a specific price; for some reason hitting the "what would you give me?" button doesn't work anymore.

I don't think so.

Is there any setting in the game that approximates the "Strategic Balance" resource setting from Civ 5?

If I've been the victim of a natural disaster in a multiplayer game, how do I call a special session of the world congress to ask for aid?

Hey guys quick question... if i have a coal power plant (+4 power and 1 coal usage) and an hydroelectric dam (+6 power) and the city requires only 5 power, does the game still take 1 coal each turn or since the dam generates enough power, it doesnt?

Where can you see the progress of the different competitions, like the World's Fair, etc?

When I right click to dismiss a notification it also produces a move to command for the active unit to the spot under the notification. Anyone else getting this?

This might be obvious and well known but I wasn´t able to find it in google.

If you build a district on a tile that has a strategic resource that you haven´t discovered yet, what happens when the resource is discovered? Do you loose it, do you get it extracted from your uranium poulluted campus?

Thank you very much for your answers

How much lump sum/per turn gold does the AI trade at max for a luxury or a strategic resource?

As of R&F there was no max. It was based on how much they valued it and how much gold they were generating.

Don't know if this changed as of GS.

  1. Is it possible to pillage a tunnel or remove it with a builder and how is this done?
  2. How much worth in Gold is 1 Diplomatic Favor?
