'Jelly'? Is jam actually like jelly over there, or do you just choose not to differentiate between the two?
This.I don't know how it is in other countries, but here, jam is the easy-to-spread creamy stuff. Jelly is chunky, and requires a spoon to spread (using the underside of the spoon). At least, that's how my household spread jelly.
Eh, maybe our jellos are different, but here in the USA(#1 ), jello is very.... globular. Too thick for spreading.Jelly is jam over here and jelly here is jello over there.
