it's just a dumb joke that you're too old (or in ryika's case too female) to get. I won't explain it because it's rly embarrassing for me :o

Okay.

Wow, somebody's finally managed to completely troll Ryika.

Now that I know how that feels, I vow to never ever ever ever ever troll anybody again. Pinky Promise.

takhi, is it really changing your avatar if it's just another white mouse?
Maybe, cardbrain, but why would Marky Ramone's Pasta Sauce taste better than simple barbecue sauce?

OOC reply: Synsensa dared me to change my avatar to one from Pinky and the Brain. Now that he's not around I can do it safely.

Man, I love Halloween. I think I might actually get myself a pumpkin to carve out this year. Haven't ever had one of those because I couldn't transport them, but since I've moved last year, the grocery store is just 10 minutes away from my house, and I have a personal Butler who will carry that thing for me. We don't have a place to put it (not one where it's visible from the outside), but I guess that's not too much of a problem. Then I'll cook a pumpkin soup, I wonder if those taste as good as they look.

A bit of a bummer that we don't have a TV. This probably sounds completely stupid, but... having the freedom to choose what to watch on the internet and avoid all the schlock that we'd be forced to watch on TV, ruins the fun a bit.

Both the Brain and Pinky are supposed to be sad characters. How could we laugh at them otherwise?

Perhaps Russia will gift the US a giant statue of Trump to place on the Southern border as a counterpart to the Statue of Liberty?

yeah I get that feeling, too, sometimes. when you're literally the god of your entertainment, when you have every TV show ever created at your disposal and have to be the arbiter of what's good and what's not, it feels kinda bad to watch reality TV. that's why I have ZDF/ARD/ARTE stream bookmarked if I want to turn my brain off, have someone else decide for me

pumpkin soup is delicious, make sure you buy Hokkaido and put some ginger and coconut milk in it

Saw a meme today and I have to say, I actually loved the message it conveyed.

The text of the meme said "Life is all about perspective. The sinking of the Titanic was a miracle to the lobsters in the kitchen."

Now yes, if you want to get technical, even the lobsters would have died because they aren't meant to be deep sea creatures, but the message still holds true. That message being that what one person or group may see as a tragedy another person or group may see as a wondrous event or great success, highlighting the fact that there is no such thing as objective morality and concepts of "good" and "evil" are concepts that everyone understands but defines differently.

Well, at the very least we can surmise that lobsters do have a different perspective.
