One of my first attempts at playing a militant state fresh start, I had fun writing for it, but then someone torched my capital and then Abaddon left. Simple orders for a simple NES.
For those playing in my NES, I really expect such orders as mine for Many Colored Lands as for Civil Experiment, although I would say that I didn't but THAT much effort into these.

Forge Project
Spoiler as a project :Basically, gives me more EP from winning battles because I melt down the captured weapons. Might also give me a + to strength, but I don't want it to be too costly.
I want to build bronze forges to produce better-quality weapons and armor, and to salvage captured bronze tools to replace the supply we usually get from trade. This will mostly start increasing economy, especially after winning battles, but also might increase strength.
Organization
As a semi-spartan society, we are organized miliarily.
At the top is the Strategon Council of Strategos, who are basically generals. Their numbers change based on promotion of Tacticans.
Below Strategos are the Tacticans, (Major/Captains) who each command either a detached section of an army, or 50 men. Therefore, there are currently 40 tacticans in the army, along with another 40 Luetenant-style officers for use as sargeants, and can be easily opened for promotion.
For the "Civilian" side of the story, there are Regional Protectors, Tribal Chiefs, and Urban Mayors. Generally, the Stratego of a city is also its Mayor, while smaller areas don't necessarily have their own Tacticans.
Military
1 Warrior Unit and 1 Archer Unit will attack south, seeking to conquer other Greek Cities and take their bronze. Newly conquered cities will not be enslaved but only decendants can receive full rights as Aisonians, conquered peoples are their own class. We will stop after we have taken at most 3 localized areas of power with 100 archer/300 warrior garrison each, and extras in the southernmost city.
The other Warrior will keep defending our northern borders.
Our Curragh will try for trade with the Byzantineish people.

Continue trade with that country at Constantinople
Continue to build and advance our Advanced Forges, feed them with the bronze of our subjugaged peoples!
Start assimilating the conquered cities as they slowly all get Aisonian citizenship. This allows them to form their own Tactican Bands or Strategos Companies to send to the main armies.
Military Orders
Army of Thrace (1 Warrior) will take the western settlement to the west of Aison. Since it isn't that far, no need to take aggressive risks which will cause it to be destroyed, march there and take it, garrison it, take the bronze, assimilate.
Army of Thebes (1 Warrior, 1 Archer, 1 Curragh) will march straight towards Athens (southern dot at end of peninsula) and avoid strong points with the Curragh; we want revenge! At Athens, we will try to capture any ships they have, and we will enslave the Athenians; no citizenship for them. However, any Athenian who surrenders before we reached the city will still receive the Greek but not Aison citizenship.
New Archer will defend Aison.
If we get a new city, make it the southernmost settlement I have right now, call it Thebes. This is because Thebes was already a powerful city before Aison conquered it, and as the central trade route of the Aisonian armies and conduct for Advanced forges (with some maybe built within the city itself) it will become the dominant city of central greece.

Domestic
Slowly, the rest of the Greek Cities will be completely assimilated, as of now we didnt really manage in their affairs as long as we ensured that they felt that they are Aisonian, but from now on our Conquests are over for the short term: We will solidify our hold and develop our nation.
In addition, continue to accept trade from Aostra and Therika.
Anyway, any leftovers from our logistics (Jeez, only 1 warrior!) will be spent building roads between our settlements to speed our armies.
Complete Advanced Forges, and we will perfect the technologies for using them. Most of them are still in Aision, but new forges will be built at other settlements as well.
Military
Our soldiers will march to that settlement across the peninsula, called Epirus. 1 Warrior (3). After that last conquest, we will just develop our lands.

It is a time of unity instead of division because we are united by Hatred of Aostra like Aisonia was united by the urge to expand. We will scavange the ruins of Aison for our large bronze deposits. (bronze melts... but it doesn't just flow into the ground!)
Military
Archers are stationed at: Thrakia, Dakapolis
Irregulars at each of the other areas: Watch for sea invasions and establish acivilian militia to keep watch.
Warriors->Dominion Hoplites (UU)-> Reconquer the Aison Ruins, then help rebuild connections between Thrakia and the rest of the Dominions.
As for defense against invasion, invading one area will give enough warning for other areas to unite, while raiding will be ineffective.
If any opening opens near Cornith/Pellopponesus, take it! (1 Archer 1 Irregular); try to scout first though
Only trust the Byzantine/whatever trade, and even then we will keep knowledge of our warehouses and stores secret; they sell directly to our shopkeeprs, they can stay on the "forgiener" bars and whore all night, bu tno going further!
Aostran merchants will be allowed to enter, but at night they will disapear and their ship captured. If they rely on a trading empire, they still must trade with us, and they are vurnerable.
If Aostra actually fights a war, raise volunteers and hold tight, with Irregulars advancing on Cornith and Hoplite close by to prevent ambush.
