Warhammer Fantasy Mod 2.0

I downloaded both the 1.03 patch and the 1.03 maps. I am using Conquest(not patch yet), but lauching with play the world. Which by the way did not have a senairo Folder expect in the art file.

Ok... I'm cracking down on those Lizardmen... I have three rendered and just need to paste them into FLCs. Plus I worked up this guy and wanted to know what you wanted to call it.

@The Last Conformist
It was few posts above - the bandwidth limit for this month was exceeded. The file will be available again from Dec., 1st (tomorrow).

@Kinboat
It's sooo beatiful :) I'm drooling :D The name for it in warhammer is Stegadon.

@SHudson66
Yes, the folder in PTW is not there, so you should have created it. So, in this folder you should have WH-Mod folder and all .bix files. Now, look at that WH-Mod/Art/Tech Chooser/ folder and check if "logging-small.pcx" and "logging-large.pcx" files are there.
Also, are you sure that you installed the patch in the same place, and clicked "Yes" whenever prompted to overwrite?

Awsome as always Kinboat.! Those lizard men look like the ones from Land of the Lost. (I'm showing my age again aren't I?:( )

I would say you were, but then I might betray my age as well.

Doesn't everyone remember Land of the Lost :)

Ok, I managed to work out the hardest animation for the Stegadon (I knew that I just couldn't think of it... The actual dinosaur the model is designed after is called a Styracosaurus) the RUN. These four legged nasties are really hard to get walking right. I haven't animated the lizardman on his back but I thought I'd share the run I have so far. Actually it took me longer than it should have because I spent too much time researching how something this large would walk (and not getting it right) before I grew a brain and looked at the PTW dino's and modeled the walk more towards them.

What can I say? This mod looks utterly fantastic and is a contender for the number 1 factor lowering my professional performance this year....

...just don't tell the clients ^_*

No, since there are no prerequsites other than the mod itself. Just download the full mod (if you don't have it), and then C3C update. 2 clicks.

One little question about the mod:
When I run it, I get a CTD after a short while, telling me some artwork, namely the "Japanese Medieval Settler" hasn't been found. In fact, it isn't there, neither in one of the WH zips nor in any of Civ3s original dirs. Where do I get it?
TIA

You should have it - it comes both with PTW and C3C. It is found in this folder: Civilization III/Civ3PTW/extras/Medieval Japan/Art/Units even if you don't have PTW (C3C installs it). Check if it is there, maybe you deleted it (some people do delete Civ3PTW folders after installing C3C, which is wrong).

Indeed, I found it. I just wasn't aware I was meant to copy around files. Stupid me isn't that experienced with Civ3 yet, so please bear with me. ;-)
In any event, thanks a bunch for pointing out the obvious.

Hmm. Another thing, I hope less obvious. I'm getting a let of texts in the wrong place. Did I mess anything up or is that even intentional? For example in the startup screens hardly ANYTHING is what it's supposed to be, in the game itself, one of the first examples I noticed is the unit window to the lower right, which shows weird stuff like "Citizen 88 Restless Embargo Formal".

Make sure you downloaded and installed the C3C patch embryodead made. It should have fixed that.
