The mod he has released over there is not the official release(yet), it is to test if the installer works correctly. I believe he will release the mod officially within the next 10 hours.drzoidberg said:

It's not publicly posted yet - if I remember correctly you need to register before you'll see the downloads anyway!

I registered but still couldn't find it 
There's a test version there, but it's not there for the general members to download, only those with enabled access. If a thousand people were to rush over to CDG and download a 250MB+ file only to find there's a basic error that makes the installer misfire then people'll be calling for embryodead's head on a spike, not to mention wasting tonnes of bandwidth, so just wait until he says it's ready!

But I can see the point of wasted bandwidth

Upload wasnt through easy upload feature (the file is 270MB) so it had to be moved etc. But it's done. Go to Completed Modpacks section please
