@Supa: Santa made me do it.

The Shaggoth fidget will be great. :)

BTW, those colours in the excel sheet are just approximations, chosen from the 30 (?) colours available.

I've added the civs, and removed all units. For some reason the pedia text on the civs don't show up, gotta test some more...

Edit: BTW, I have a very different opinion of Skaven agressiveness, compared to LMR. They're cowards, so I have their agression level at 2, not 5. :)

Edit 2: Found a new Skaven city name, btw, Ratrock, situated in the wasteland outside Marienburg.

Urrrggghhh...2...aggression...?...AARRRGGGHHH

*stumbles around clutching his heart before collapsing in a painful heap...*

:D Nah, that's cool. how many cities does that make it now? 17?

I dunno if you have thought about the skaven techs, but these are my ideas:

They begin with Under-Empire as their unique starting tech, like how Chaos gets Chaos Gods, for example.

Cult of the Horned Rat is available at the same place as Chaos Incursion (requiring Religion and Under-Empire)

Temple of the Horned Rat as a Wonder with more or less the same stats as the Altar of Ultimate Darkness

Alternatively, you could call it Skaven Ingenuity if you wanted to have units available at that tech too.

I think like the idea of the skaven starting with meteroic iron, too

I wish their was a Skaven smilie...

Here's a quick preview of a bray-shaman (I think basically this model could be easily transferred to a grey seer - just by replacing the head and the hooves - and maybe removing the axe and replacing the staff head with symbol of the horned rat).

If nothing else, that tech could use the pedia icon from the leaderhead. :)

Greenskins have more fun!

I thought about that too, even before you started the unit, but didn't want to heap work on you. :)
I don't know what to do about the first era sorceror, though, it's only the grey seers that have horns...

we'll just remove the horns, add the skaven head, keep head hooded, and no-one would know that there may or may not be horns under there... ;)

[edit]: it seems, that not all grey seers have horns (or I just can't make out the horns from this image): Grey Seer Thanquol

So I would think that the grey seers may or may not have horns. So - should the skaven version have horns or not? (no, I'm not going to make both horned and hornless versions...)

Here's a preview of the 2nd-era offensive/defensive unit for the Beasts. I call this a Caprigor (or if you like, truegor).

He has a different weapon, horns, shoulder-armors and feet (from the bestigor). I like that halberd :)

I don`t count Shaggoths in beastmen, even tho they are a part of the same WH army/civ. I meant the best of your basic beastmen units. Its just that I have a thing for those antlers...I don`t know why.. somesort of fetish maybe :crazyeye:
And the Shaggoth is you best fanstasy unit :D
