Absolutely nothing to do with it. News outlets very very cautious on making the call.

In terms of premature not solid enough I agree !
But they can also hold back a while even when it is already solid enough

EDIT
Biden is now over the 0.5% threshold for an automatic recount in PA.

lymond
this new fact at the same moment favors your conclusion :)

Drudge updated.

And I think it is pretty clear that they did that here

yes
but it did coincide with that 0.5% treshold of PA
But even that could have been holded back a short while for that same pragmatical reason
Why throw cards on the table for nope

The fact that Fox gave NV to Biden in my mind confirms my theory that they were waiting for someone else to call AZ. No one else has called NV yet even though it's clearly a win for Biden. I was still wrong though and honestly this way is better because now with PA, Biden could still lose GA, AZ and NV and still win.

Good point
Trump being sandwiched ordered under veil by Rupert Murdoch

I think Trump's strategy of loudly claiming fraud and then having nothing to back it up has torpedoed any legal maneuvering he might try now. His credibility is completely shot and he's been stopped at every turn by the courts so far.

If he had just kept his mouth shut for a few days, he could have pushed a November surprise but instead he blew his legal shot early and fruitlessly.

Explain how? He wasn’t going to have anything to back it up and the courts weren’t going to take just his word on it.

Wet dreaming. But no. He appointed conservatives to the bench and conservatives will back the states' little old lady poll workers. Fortunately enough, they tend to adjudicate relatively more and legislate relatively less.

Last legal coup maneuver would be a state(s) legislature(s) throwing their electors in defiance of their state(s') vote(s). They'd be dead men and you know it.

Edit: Speaking of which, this thread has convinced me long-term care facilities need more oversight of voting assistance.

By sowing enough confusion and getting in front of judges he installed, he in theory had at least a bit of wiggle room to throw it to his 6-3 Supreme Court and to mobilize other GOP leaders in government to back his play to stay in power. I think it was a long shot but not impossible.
