No way.

We are however very reasonable people, and have come up with a treaty for your signature. It is very generous and we truly hope you will see it's merit:

• Turkey is given supremacy over the Mediterranean Sea and all provinces bordering it, including all of Italy, Northern Africa, Spain and Marseilles. Furthermore Turkey is granted the provinces of Portugal and Brest.
• Russia is given supremacy over Northern Europe, including all of Scandinavia, Germany, the British Isles, Holland, Belgium, as well as Paris.
• The French people will be allowed to settle in Gascogne, to make wine for the Russians.
• The English have nothing useful to contribute and are banished to Iceland.
