So, made a presentation tonight to my family to let me join a choir. I was doing the whole salesman pitch, with a powerpoint presentation, and made up a fake conference name.They were laughing a lot. So I hope it worked.

I'm wondering... why do you need to make salesman pitch to join a choir?
