Well curses, Davo was the only one I had a hope of recognising in advance.

Now I'll just have to resort to looking for the drunk, stumbling BCLG100 ;)
We'll all know who you are though ;) . Kilt is optional.

You'll recognise Mise, he's the tall, bespectacled American.

Eklektikos, are you coming? This time, you better have a day of rest before :D

Sadly the most "suggestive" post on this page of the thread...

:(

Yeah, I'd love to talk to Eklektikos or at least hear his voice.
You met with him last time, right?
'Cos he went early, and I seem to remember you arriving late?

Rik actually left before me last time around, but only met me in body rather than in spirit given how completely destroyed I was that weekend. :cringe:

I may well come along provided I'm not in a similar state this time around.

Dont worry- i wont be that hard to spot.

Seen as im lazy to read.. what have we decided/argeed so far?

So far the tentative consensus is: London, weekend of 15-17 December, probably the Saturday. Some people want to just hang around getting cheerfully drunk together, and some want to go to museums (Imperial War Museum, Natural History or Science museum, etc). The most votes are for London and radioactive monkeys.
I've edited that into the OP.

Can we get drunk and then go to the Imperial War Museum?

Seconded. The Trench Warfare experience leaves a lot to be desired. But the tanks and planes are gorgeous.

In other good news, i have a free place to crash on those dates, wee!

can someone more amazing than me find a hostel nearby? also cheapest train tickets?
i might be sleeping in my car otherwise!

Nearby what?
And from where to where do you need a train?

And above all: What is wrong with sleeping in cars?

nearby london? nearby where we plan to meet?

Im coming from Newcastle!

Sleeping in a cars not a problem, but the petrol to drive there an back.. which is more expencive.. train or car?

Go to a station and ask about the cheapest tickets. They'll sort you out, and will probably make sure you get set up with rail cards (which you can literally set up on the day) and savers class stuff.

From Newcastle though? My train down would stop there ;)
